WELCOME TO MARKET IN ATLANTA
We had such an incredible time in Atlanta for the AmericasMart Atlanta Gift Market! Below are a few of the brands we loved and a list of things we did during our free time! Comment below with your favorite spots in Atlanta.
We've carried Moglea, one of our favorite brands since they started! Moglea was created by a husband and wife team in Iowa.
How amazing is this mailbox installation in the Emily McDowell Booth? We love the little things our brands come up with to make their booth unique!
Also, these face planters are amazing! Would you want to see these pretty ladies in Mac & Murphy? Let us know in the comments!
It's always fun to catch up with some of our favorite designers like
Anna Rifle Bond of Rifle Paper Co.!
We are so excited for the holiday season this year! We have some amazing new brands coming in to transform our shop into the perfect holiday gift boutique! Keep an eye out for more sneak peeks of ornaments, decor, and gifts that we'll be getting in!
Mini Guide To Atlanta During Market :
Want to enjoy a refreshing cocktail or delicious meal after a full day walking the many floors at Market? Here are a few places we stopped to refresh this year!
Spiller Park Coffee :
Located in the center of Ponce City Market, Spiller Park Coffee is the best place to stop on your way to Market. Sit at one of the high top tables to plan out which booths & brand you are going to visit that day! Take a minute to look through the catalogs you picked up the day before while enjoying the perfect Americano or an espresso shot for that extra jolt of energy before a long day on your feet.
The Mercury :
Wind down after hours of talking, walking, and shopping with a French 75 or an Old Cuban at this gorgeous + chic bar also located in Ponce City Market. It's quiet, it's a little dark (in a great way after being in fluorescent light all day) and everything is delicious.
We stopped here for a drink before going to dinner + also enjoyed the vegetable plate - it was seriously amazing. Exactly the kind of healthy fuel we needed after stuffing protein bars in our face for lunch.
The Optimist :
Our second night in town we decided some fresh seafood is exactly what we wanted. The Optimist was the obvious choice and we would recommend it to anyone and everyone! We enjoyed biscuits, peel & eat shrimp, kale salad, lobster roll, yellowfin tuna poke, and burrata with peaches, blueberries, cherry tomatoes, and bonito flakes. Talk about an amazing meal!
You could either sit at the incredible oyster bar where you'll hear the crackle of lobster cooking in the open stone fire, watch oysters being shucked by serious professionals, sipping a great glass of rose or enjoy the open concept dining room with impecible service.
